Overbooked!

Inquiring about products and services will give you a response of," its too expense and we are overbooked." to get a feel of when they would be able to take on new clients, their response,"its only me who does all the slipcovers...its better to just buy a new couch so you won't need to make slipcovers." If a 5 minute conversation with the owner lead me to this conclusion, is the work she provides equivalent to her customer service?
