Bought over $11,000.00 worth of furniture from this store, 5 months later, still waiting for some of it. When purchase was made 5 months ago, delivery was "included in the price". A partial delivery was made, but part of order was not yet available. Now they are making me pay for delivery of the rest, even though it is not my fault they still don't have everything here yet. When I call to check on the status, the phone rings off the hook. I try alternate numbers to leave messages with my salesperson, but she claims she doesn't get the message. When I physically go to the store, she (the salesperson) says she will call with the status of my order "tomorrow". She never calls, even after weeks go by. I have now requested to have the owner call me, but I won't hold my breath. The saleperson said she doesn't care if she gets repeat business from people because they are busy enough already. My neighbors bought a dining room set there, and a chair fell apart-they can't get resolution either.(Wish I'd known before I made my purchase). Quality of furniture only average considering the price. I've had to glue a dresser drawer together after only 1 month.

bought some dresser and nightstand and already a drawer bottom fell off- Can't get someone to answer the phone-trying for weeks, no answer still- Guess I gotta go down there 2.

I bought a beautiful table and chairs from the Container Warehouse on May 7, 2005. When it was delivered, I questioned the finish since two chairs looked shiny and four chairs looked dull. I was told that it is okay. Well, I called and complained about the finish twice and the owner promised to have the finisher contact me to check on the finish. To this date, there has not been a call or message from the finisher. I am dissatisfied with their quality and service.
