After seeing an ad for this spa in the paper I decided to give it a shot. Apparently Ampy's has been in business for a long time and I can see why. My facialist was great, quite knowledgeable and what an AWESOME massage! I didn;t have time to get a manicure/pedicure but I'm sure that will be next on my list. I'll definitley be in again.

After seeing all the awards they received I would imagine they would be good. WRONG! My friend got a facial, along with hair smothered in oil and face mask bits still on her face after her treatment. The website is inaccurate as the treatment descriptions is NOT what you get. They are also overpriced for the quality (and don't update their website, so you may have to pay more than you expect), customer service is horrendous and Nicole Santiago, the manager, did not apologize for any of these mistakes. And she said that we signed a liability waiver so they are not liable for the quality of service?? How horrible is that? SO we will not be returning...
